Productivity Tip: The Black Desktop.
Could be in my mind, but I used to have very steep headaches after using computer for an entire day straight, don't know if this is scientifically proven or not but since i've started using dark themes, my eyes are less tired and strained.
PPA's available at end of post
Here are the top 3 black themes that I liked.
Well since we talking about themes, why not icons
Faenza:
On top of that, I also discovered 2 chrome extensions that make text dark inside the browser.
this looks good and all pages just look naturally inverted. but when you refresh screen flickers to white, sort of like a flashlight.
this is okay but pages, css seem to be rewritten, you end up with odd looking pages, but beats, the flashlight. lol
How to install them?
Installing themes is easy, find out how to here, it uses a tool called gnome-tweak, read more on it here.
Or you can just install ppa's and install the packages, by looking up the ppa, its good practice to know wha ppa's have before you add them to your system anyways.
